FAQs

BRANDING AND CONTENT

Our recommendation is that all your banners are 1000px by 250px. This will ensure that the full height of the image is displayed on the page.

Firstly check the image type to ensure it is a jpg or png and then check the file size. All images must be no bigger than 5MB. We would always recommend using a service like tinypng to reduce the size of any image files before uploading them. Images that are too big will slow the load time of your pages.

We would normally recommend using the colours that complement or are the same as you use in your brand. If you dont know what these are you can download a colour picker tool extension on Chrome to check the colours on your website.

Once you have clicked the colour on the branding page that you want to edit, just click the two little arrows next to the RGB colour values. Click it once to get to the CMYK values and twice to get to the Hexidecimal references.

IMPORTING DATA

We highly recommend that you do a good check of your data before you import it. Check that the fileds are formatted correctly and that you are uploading a csv file (this will format the text values correctly) and check that you don't have any duplicate account references.

You will need to import the data twice to add or edit more than one account group to a member profile.

If you manipulate data from a csv file in an excel workbook it will lose the leading zero as it is trying to create a numbner field. You can set the field as a txt field when you open it or always make sure you are opening and saving files as csv files instead.

In order to market to any of the members in the programme you must have consent provided. You can ad consent permissins as true to your import routine by putting a 1 in the relevant column but you are responsible for ensuring that the member has provided their explicit consent for you to market to them through this medium. If you havent got their consent then you can allow them to update their consent permissions when they register for the programme
